Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not accept insurance. I can provide forms that may be submitted to an insurance company to obtain out-of-network benefits. I encourage current and prospective patients to call the number on the back of your insurance card to learn about your out-of-network benefits. Some workplaces offer a healthcare flexible spending account, which allows patients to use pre-tax dollars for treatment. I accept all major credit cards, flexible spending accounts, and checks for payment.

Do you offer in-person and video sessions?

Yes, I have an office in Midland Park, NJ. I also conduct virtual sessions to NY and NJ. All virtual sessions will be conducted via HIPAA-compliant video platforms.
